Helios dispatches orders Monday to Saturday with no dispatches occurring on Sundays. Upon receiving your order, Helios shall endeavour to dispatch as soon as possible. Should for any reason a product not be available, we shall contact you either by phone or email prior to dispatch for further instructions. Helios products that are in-stock will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days with orders received during sale or special promotion periods dispatched within 3-7 days due to the high volume of orders.

Depending on your location, Australia Post standard delivery will arrive within 2-10 business days of the shipment date. To check the estimated delivery time to your location, please visit Australia Post Website.

Parcels picked up from our warehouse by Australia Post are delivered directly to your local distribution centre for final delivery by your local postal carrier. Based on the phone number and email address entered on your order, Australia Post will provide updates regarding delivery. In most cases should no one be home to receive the delivery, the driver will leave a card advising the parcel has been taken to the local post office for collection. Any uncollected parcels left at the local Post Shop will be returned by Australia Post to Helios after 14 days and may be subject to a re-delivery fee.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (including sale items), you may return the items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund.

Please contact our customer service team on 1300 001 766 or admin@heliosfootwear.com.au should you have any questions in relation to our returns policy.

Complete the following steps to return your order: 

1. Please complete returns form which can be complete on our website

2. Wrap the shoes neatly within the shoe box and place the shoe box into the larger carton, sealing it. Do not use the shoe box as the return carton.
3. Return to us by any Carrier.

All items need to be returned to us unmarked, without signs of wear and tear and in their original, undamaged packaging. For all footwear, please ensure to try them on somewhere they won’t get marked or damaged. If the returned item shows signs of damage or wear, Helios reserves the right to decline a refund. In this unlikely event we will notify you by email and return the goods back to you.

Any refunds will be processed against the original credit card holder's details or back to the original PayPal account. You do not need to re-supply your original payment information with the return. Once received and checked through our warehouse, a refund will be processed with a confirmation email sent. For exact timing on when the fund will be credited to your account, please contact your bank.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are welcome but at the present time, all exchanges must be treated as a return with a refund issued. A new order for the correct size should be placed via our website.
